Send it once. Know who read it.
“Nobody reads the notices we send, and we can’t prove we sent them.” EZ sends each announcement by email and to every resident’s portal inbox, then tracks it per person.

One send, two places: email and the portal
Write the announcement once. It goes out as a rich-text email and lands in each resident’s portal inbox at the same time, with nothing to set up. Every send stays on the community’s record: a filing, not a sent folder.
Attach the meeting package or the AGM minutes and the files ride along. Keep the master copies filed in your document library.
The right audience, counted before you send
Target by role, building, unit, or individual member. A live recipient count updates as you pick, so you know exactly who’s getting this before you press send.
Start from a template. Sign it as your community.
Ready-made templates give you a head start, and you can save your own. Variables like {{recipient_name}} and {{unit_number}} fill in the real name and unit for every person on the list. Every send closes with your community’s signature, set once.
Write it Friday. It sends Monday at 9.
Pick a date and time and the broadcast sends itself. Before the community sees anything, send a test to yourself or the council, previewed as a real resident, and catch the broken variable before four hundred people do.
Proof of delivery
See who opened the AGM notice — and who didn't.
Every broadcast keeps a per-recipient record: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, each timestamped. That’s proof of delivery, on file from the moment you send.
AGM on Thursday and half the owners haven’t opened the notice? Flip the Not yet opened filter and chase only the non-openers.
Per-recipient tracking is on every broadcast by default.
Delivery and open records are evidence for your files. They don’t replace any formal service-of-notice rules your jurisdiction sets.
Announcements start where the work already is
One click on Notify opens a pre-filled draft from an event, a maintenance request, a bylaw amendment, a booking, or a violation. Each of those pages also shows its own send history with open rates inline, so you can see what’s been said before you say it again.
A newsletter tool doesn’t know your building. EZ starts the send from the thing it’s about and files it on that thing’s record.
Filing a formal violation notice against a unit is a different job. That workflow lives in Bylaws & Violations.
Management companies on Enterprise send from their own email domain once it’s verified. Your notices arrive from your brand, not ours. White-label for management companies →
